  • Q. What are the storage sizes available?

    Our storage unit sizes ranges from 9sqft to 140sqft (Click here to see our storage sizes).

  • Q. How do I make a payment?

    You can make payment at our main office or through contactless methods (NETS, Cheque, Credit card, PayNow & Bank Transfer).

  • Q. Is there a deposit?

    Yes. There is a one month security deposit, which is refundable after the storage term is over.

  • Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

    NETS, VISA, MasterCard, Cheque, PayNow & Bank Transfer.

  • Q. Can I change the size of my storage unit?

    Yes, Urban Space Self Storage offers total flexibility. You can upgrade or downgrade in size whenever you wish (subject to availability of our storage units). There will be no penalties for moving to another unit.

Storage Duration & Termination

  • Q. What is the minimum lease term?

    All the leases at Urban Space Self Storage are month to month for your convenience. Prepayment schemes with special discount are available too.

  • Q. What if I want to change the storage duration after the lease term is up?

    Yes, you may change your storage duration based on your own needs. For example, after storing for 12 months, you can choose to renew your storage for 6 months instead.

Accessibility & Security

  • Q. What do I need to rent a space?

    All you need is to just fill in our enquiry form and we will get in contact with you shortly!

  • Q. How do I know how much storage space I will require?

    You can use our Space Calculator or call our friendly consultants at 6282 0000 for assistance. Our experienced and friendly consultants will be most happy to assist you.

  • Q. Will my goods be safe?

    Our facility is protected by the latest state-of-the-art 24 hours CCTV surveillance and web-based monitoring security systems. Insurance coverage is also included to protect your storage items.

  • Q. Are there any items that I am not allowed to store?

    You are not allowed to store anything that is perishable, illegal, hazardous, inflammable, dead or alive.

  • Q. Is it possible to view the storage units before I rent?

    Yes, we would strongly encouraged you to visit our facility for your own peace of mind, so please visit us and take a free, non-obligatory tour at Urban Space Self Storage. If you are not sure where to find us, click here.

  • Q. Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise to enjoy the special discounts for prepayment schemes.

  • Q. Do we bring our own lock or do you provide it?

    You can bring your own lock or you may purchase a high quality key or combination lock from Urban Space Self Storage. We also sell a variety of boxes and packaging accessories.

  • Q. Do you provide trolleys for us to use?

    Yes. We have complimentary trolleys & ladders for our customers to use free of charge.

  • Q. How often can I access my storage unit?

    You will have access to your storage unit 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round by using your own personalized keypad entry code.
